Reports (Toolkit’s) offered on this website are under copyright protection.
Upon the Toolkit’s payment of the compensation, the clients obtain the right to
download, store, copy, edit and print our Toolkit’s. The duration of the licensing
agreement.
Our Toolkit’s are protected by copyright law. If more than one person uses our Toolkit’s, please purchase a multi-user license (contact us for information). AGI Jesse Ltd is protecting its rights vigorously against any infringement of copyrights and trademarks.
Refund Policy
If the information in a Toolkit does not meet the standard indicated in the product
description and we are not able to provide supplementary information to meet that
standard, we will offer a full refund for that Toolkit. This refund is only available if you request it within 1 week after your purchase. If you have any doubt, start by purchasing 1 Toolkit. After reviewing the first Toolkit, you can then decide to buy more Toolkit’s.
If you decide to upgrade to our bundle package, just let us know. We will give you a
credit equal to the amount you have already spent.

SECTION 20 – DEFINITIONS
Calendars: The Service uses the UK Calendar as a default
Business Days: A Business Day for the service is defined as day when the UK
Banking Service is open.
Service Availability: The Website will be available 7 days per week, 24 hours per
day, but will only produce updated reports on business days
Non-Availability: If the underlying markets upon which the toolkit derives the
reports is not operating or the Core Data Sources are not available and as such
the quality and depth of information provided will be affected, AGI-Jesse will
advise Users on the website or via direct Email
User Access: User Access will be granted as soon as possible after completion of the On-Boarding process and validation of the payment method via our payment
provider, but may take up to two business days to complete
Service Start Date: The Toolkit Service will be deemed to start on the first day
reports are received by the User
Free Trial Period: Any Free Trial Periods which are from time-to time available to new qualifying Users will be deemed to start on the Service Start Date
Core Data Sources: AGI-Jesse works with several Market Vendors to provide
input to the service, and we reserve the right to change and or substitute these at
our absolute discretion.
